Please Note: Our products have varying processing times (because sometimes, we custom make them just for you!). Please check the product-specific page to be fully aware of the expected processing times and product state (in stock, made to order or backordered), as it does vary by product and size.

Shipping Policy
Although we do our very best, estimated shipping dates are not guaranteed due to a high volume of orders and the current COVID-19 pandemic. Keep in mind that our shipping estimates are based on typical shipping timelines. They do not account for any unforeseen delays on the courier end (including Canada Post, FedEx and DHL).
Shipping & Processing Times
We process and ship orders from our warehouses Monday through Friday. Orders with standard shipping are usually fulfilled within 1-2 business days and arrive at US addresses within 5-7 business days (M-F) of shipment.
Delivery time does not include Weekends or Holidays.
Processing time for custom/handmade and pre-order/promotional pieces may take longer, details of which can be found in the product description and your order confirmation. You will be charged at the time the order is placed. When your order ships, we will email you a shipping confirmation with tracking information.
Shipping & Handling
We offer standard shipping on all U.S. and Canadian orders via USPS, UPS and FedEx. Orders being shipped to P.O. Boxes, APOs and FPOs ship via USPS. You will receive an email with tracking information and an estimated delivery date once your order ships.
When ordering outside of United States of America, the recipient is responsible for assuring the product can be legally imported to the destination country.
The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject and is responsible for all import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are imposed once a shipment reaches the recipient's country.
Starseed Remedies is not responsible for any import taxes, customs duties and fees, nor can Starseed Remedies predict what they may be.
Any additional charges for customs clearance are of the recipient's responsibility and must be fulfilled by the recipient.

Returns
We happily accept most unused and unworn items within 30 days of the ship date for a full refund or credit.
EXCEPTIONS: Custom and personalized pieces are handmade to order, and cannot be returned.
